We provide sheets, pillowcases and towels free of charge but do ask guests to bring their own pool/beach towels.

The heated pool is usually open from May to the beginning of October.

For cooler months, central heating and wood for the open fire are included in the prices.

A first instalment payment of 25% is required to secure booking. Balance to be payable 12 weeks before arrival

Damages deposit of 250 pounds per booking required with the final payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
